Simposium Hukum Nasional 2016 merupakan gerakan bagi seluruh Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum seluruh Indonesia sebagai representasi dari mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum se-Indonesia dalam melakukan kajian terhadap isu keadilan sosial mengenai Perikanan di Indonesia dengan tema "Penguatan Peran dan Fungsi Pemerintah serta Kesadaran Budaya Maritim Masyarakat untuk Optimalisasi Sektor Perikanan Indonesia"

SHN 2017 is bringing up the theme of "Masyarakat Hukum Adat (indigenous people)". There have been no legal structures specialized in protecting tribal peoples and their rights. There are also 16 legislative products which define tribal peoples and their terms differently, without any unified agreement on both.

SHN 2018 aim to alleviate drug abuse by strengthening the synergy between the government and the community, in order to promote the fulfillment of rights and protection for addicts; victims; and society in general, considering drug-related issues are a real threat to the future of the nation.
